Family Affair
Jensen Ackles (Eric) made his first personal appearance recently, In Rochester, Minn., with his screen twin, Alison Sweeney (Sami). "It was cool!" he enthuses. "And very flattering to see all these people, about 400, who responded to us." Perhaps most surprising to Ackles was the interest in his personal life, specifically, if he had a girlfriend. "I’m single and not dating anyone right now," says Ackles. "That immediately got an enthusiastic response from the crowd, and I know a blush came over me." As for Sweeney, Ackles says it’s almost scary how well they get along, very much as brother and sister. "We play jokes on each other, laugh a lot together, and have a good time," he explains. "We’ve hit if off as good friends."
